An intense and enveloping wine, with a rich aromatic profile of ripe fruit, honey, and candied citrus
Characteristics
- Color: Deep golden yellow enhanced by amber reflections
- Aroma: Rich and enveloping: notes of ripe and dried fruit emerge, such as apricot and poached peach, followed by hints of honey, candied orange peel, and nuances of dried figs. With time in the glass, delicate floral tones and light notes of Mediterranean aromatic herbs also become apparent
- Taste: Soft and velvety, with an intense sweetness that is well balanced by a pleasant freshness, supporting its drinkability. The structure is full and persistent, with a long finish recalling candied fruit, honey, and light spicy notes
- Paring: Dry pastries, fruit tarts, almond-based desserts, and sweets made with custard or ricotta. Also interesting when paired with blue or aged cheeses, where the wine’s sweetness creates a pleasant contrast with the cheese’s savoriness. Finally, excellent as a wine for contemplation, to be enjoyed on its own at the end of a meal

Our cellars are open to anyone wishing to discover them and the authenticity and accessibility of our region, where everybody is welcome and where one-to-one relationships are central. Our first shop ever-opened is located inside the Rauscedo cellar and it is part of a wider network of wine shops located within the Triveneto area.
