👉 The Story of Fermentations: from the Boiler to the Table
A tasting event curated by Confcooperative Pordenone, unveiling the secrets of fermentation, from the art of cheesemaking to the wine glass. Our wines will accompany local dairy products in a dialogue between territory and tradition.

👉 White Wines and Fermentation – Part Two
A guided tasting organized by the Consorzio Tutela Vini DOC Friuli Grave, featuring our Sauvignon 2024, paired with the refined creations of Chef Claudio Petracco.
