Slightly pale yellow in colour, this wine is produced following the Charmat process which enhances the typical floral scent of Istrian Malvasia, from which the vine derives. Champagne flutes are ideal to give value to its fine, sparkling bubbles. Ideal with biscuits and dry sweets.

Processing method: refermentation obtained with the Martinotti method and slow sparkling process at 10°C.
Alcohol level: 11,50% vol.
Serve at temperature: 6-8°C
Conservation: Store horizontally in a cool place and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
