An elegant and full of character sparkling wine was born from our Ribolla Gialla grapes with a fruity flavour reminiscent of Green Apples.

Due to its fine-beaded appearance this wine is suitable for a toast and also for endless culinary combinations.


Processing method: gentle, soft maceration of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Refermentation obtained with the Martinotti method and slow sparkling process at 12°C.
Alcohol level: 12,00% vol.
Serve at temperature: 6-8°C
Conservation: Store horizontally in a cool place and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
