Processing method: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. Refermentation obtained with the Martinotti method and slow sparkling process at 10°C.
Alcohol level: 10,50% vol.
Serve at temperature: 6-8°C
Conservation: Store horizontally in a cool place and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
